Neil O. Pflum is President of Musical Motivator Productions. As an author, singer and speaker, he presents his breakthrough motivational programs including BE Success™ to corporations, associations and non-profit organizations.

Pflum has been on a path of self-discovery and self-improvement for the last ten years, which has included a host of seminars, self-improvement books and a commitment to discover and live his purpose in life. He believes that everyone is here for a purpose, and that the world is not complete until each of us “steps up to the plate”.

He says that he didn’t write this book alone. “I am totally clear that this book is not mine to keep. I was inspired by the Universe while I was writing it. The book was created by me, and now it has a life of its own.” Pflum says, “I Know that this book is going to help a lot of people.”

Neil O. Pflum holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from West Virginia University, which he says that he never plans to use again. He lives with his cat Windy, near Dallas, TX.
